Assistant General Manager:
This position is a full time position which works hand-in-hand with the General Manager of the facility, the Owner, and the rest of the Management Team in the operation of the facility. This will involve scheduling and supervising between twenty and thirty managers and staff. This person is accountable for creating a high energy, positive working environment, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. This is a salaried position which includes a bonus and incentive system.

Assistant Manager:
This position can be either full-time or part time. This person assists in the management and operation of the XtremeCraze facility including directing and supervising staff to provide exceptional customer service. The responsibilities of an Assistant Manager include opening and closing the center, technical operations related to arcade games and laser tag equipment, cash handling, as well as performing staff duties.
