An Emphasis On Weekends
The business of family fun is primarily a weekend business and as such each employee must be available to work at least 2 weekend shifts per week. A weekend shift includes Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.
Anyone offered a position will be asked to authorize a criminal background check.
How We Interview
Periodically we hold group orientation interviews. Approximately 20 to 40 applicants are chosen to attend this 2 hour informational session. During this time we explain and demonstrate our philosophies & expectations and what the job entails. At the same time we get to know you by asking you questions and having you participate in several fun and challenging group activities. We then select the top people to come back for individual interviews.
